Chris Kern receives Citizen of the Year Award

Past OBCDC President Chris Kern was awarded the Citizen of the Year Award by the Ocean Beach Town Council.  Chris has been an active member of the Ocean Beach Community and has taken many leadership and support roles over the years with our local organizations.   Congratulations Chris!
